Yup... still live in CT. I work in Portsmouth, NH so, every week, I drive up here for a few days and then work from home the balance of the week.
That's quite a drive. Is your X your daily driver?

it is - at least for the time being. I'm either going to find a used car after taxes are done or hold out until the warmer weather and take my motorcycle out for the weekly hike since I have a tank bag, saddle bags, a seat bag (that's like a suit case) and a backback for my laptop. So, technically, all I'd need up here is an ironing board and a bag for my gym stuff.

Great!!! Sounds like you have a rather large bike too...what is it? Hey, what ever happened to the Honda RUNE? I thought it was supposed to be the coolest thing out there...haven't heard a thing since it first came out. I saw one in person in Alaska. It was SHHWWWEEEET!!!

nah, too cold to be wet....just riding on the trail a little bit and stretching the legs. i think we'll need to get a couple trucks down here for a nature run/investigation of the area. could be some nice trails to hit.
