yea, mass sucks, but then i see all these lifted jeeps and fords that are 2ft taller than the X, but i dont see them getting pulled over

Talk to one of those guys... My guess is they get pulled over often as well.

Shouldn't be hard to contest if you keep a copy of 540 CMR 6.00 handy. 4x4s are supposed to have a different standard, unless that has changed.

CT is 4" up or down. I had my jeep lifted that high so thats how i found out. RIXTERRA it doesnt matter what mass law is. you only have to comply with the laws that your vehicle is registered in. theres a kid from florida who goes to school with me who has around a 8 or 10 inch lift and its legal in mass cause the car is regestered in florida where hes from.
