Well I just had to send back my other Bilstein 5150 because the Eye came apart from the piston rod. Once again it looks like the eye was only holding on by one or two threads. I can slide the eye down over the entire lenght of threads until I hit the last few threads then it engages. I guess I just got a bad batch of shocks. Why is Murphy my best freind? sad.gif

I got the shocks from shockwarehouse.com. I am not sure why they failed. As long as I get them replace I'm happy. Thanks
