I went through the same thing the last couple years, I worked at this place for 18 years, managed it for 12. Ownership wasn't trying anymore, no advertising and they tried to feed us lies about "everyone being slow." they hired inexperience personell just to save a couple bucks not caring how it affected productivity. I kept my eyes open for a while, found another job and kept a double shift on Sundays for "funny money." Good luck, I hope everyhting works out. I know it sucks stressing about "Will I have a job tomorrow?" Keep your chin up and your eyes and ears open.
