I have a pair of the 2" SLR shackles on my truck. If you don't mind well used shackles I have no problems trading with you. My truck hasn't settled AT ALL ever since I custom ordered the 3 pack AALs from SLR (4+ years ago!) So, a little extra height from a longer shackle isn't a big deal. My wheel well measurements are 38" front/ 42" rear and that's with the 35's aired down. When I do the coilover swap up front, I could use the additional height out back.
Let me know if you want to swap.

THanks, i spoke with Shmitty and he still has his, so i'm going to borrow them to see if they will work out. i have a side shot for you all to see what i'm talking about.
i'll have to take some better before and after pics..
As Far as the ABS lines and the Brake lines, i did need to extend them.. So this is what we did.
We took one of the pipe, welded a bolt on one end and a nut on the other. For both Brake and ABS... see
It was a quick fix.

No problem. Wow.. I never extended my brake line t-fitting at the rear axle. In fact I never looked at that area, maybe I should. oops..

Another problem i'm having is that i realized my shocks are whats holding down the rear of the truck... If i take off the bottom part of my shocks ( which are the 3" longer ones).. the rear will move up aobut another 2".... i remembered that when we put it on we have 4 guys sitting on the back of the truck to weight it down so that the shock will fit.. .. i'm hoping that getting a smaller shackle will help the issue. if not i will have to get a longer shock..
What am i going to do about the shocks??? whats bigger than what i have now?

I've been using Rancho 9112's which are for a 4" Lifted K5 Blazer. They seem to have enough travel and extended and compressed don't cause an issue. I ripped the shaft out of my 9116 Ranchos due to flex.
really? .... Should i go with a 30" extended shock? And what kind of valving should i go with?
updated: ok i measured them, there 24 and some inches.. around 25". There open to the max right now and i'm afraid that i will break them when i flex. So i hope AC can take back my return from the rear shocks seeing that i didn't even drive the truck with them on yet. ( although they are kinda dirty now. ) If anyone needs some rear shocks, please let me know.
I think i might be going with a bilsteins 5125 series. they extend to a 29.70"
I'd be really concerned with the compressed length as well.
Might want to PM Spalind about what Bilstein he used, but he relocated the upper mount to a x-member above the axle for additional travel.
Can't go wrong with Bilstein or Fox shocks out back. Plenty of travel for either.

ok the other option is to get a set of Darlington UB Skidderz they move the shock mount up about 4 inches (+ -) maybe he has some made up, you will have to search for his contact info.
